NCAA 14 PS3 Dynasty wire down?

Wondering if anyone is able to comment on dynasty wire stories? I keep getting an error saying I lost connection to EAs servers. I see abunch of people here still playing in Online Dynasties so I was just wondering if anyone else can do this. Specifically I want to comment on one for the "My two cents" trophy but no luck.

The dynasty stories haven't been uploading for at least a year

I know on psn profiles the last person to get the trophy for commenting on a story got it last june. I crawled through the EA answers and forums but didn't see anything about it being shut down.

The online isn't shut down. I can still do all my recruiting and stuff from the dynasty website on my computer and/or phone. It's just that the dynasty stories never actually upload from the system for whatever reason
