Release him. Knock his rating to 0. Pretend he never existed since he's more done than Tim Tebow at this point.

Yeah I get that but I'm entering the super bowl with him....I like to keep it as realistic as possible so no team would release their qb after they went to the super bowl you know haha

Is this a serious question? Lol, stick it out. I had Manziel as my #2, in the year like 2026. My starter gets injured a few weeks before the playoffs and we're pretty much clinched at this point. I couldn't even get passed the divisional round (since I had the bye).

I would consider finishing up the super bowl with him and then go into next season after knocking his injury rating down to 0. Let injuries derail his career and force you to move on.

I think we're past the point of being realistic if you've made it to a Super Bowl with him and the Browns so you're good to go ahead and continue as is.

If you're tryign to keep things realistic, restart since the Browns won't be anywhere near the super bowl for many years to come.



But for real...even though your team is going to the SB, with as many instances as he's had, I'd bench him/release him.

Had a similar problem. Manziel won the Superbowl for my team and was in the last year of his contract going into next season. I drafted a superstar rated QB in the third. Manziel has attributes through the roof but started with slow development. Trading him was a easy decision. It had absolutely nothing to do with all the news. I dont care about that at all, the media is making it a big deal. So he's a dude that likes to drink and has gotten into fights with his exgirlfriend. Big *** deal.

I have not looked deeply into the why yet but in year 3 of my vikings cfm, the browns have the best record in the league at 12-3 with one week to go.
