I have completed 14 of 16 week #1 games and I am very happy with what I am seeing. It remains to be seen how many games I actually watch in the entire 136 game regular season + 11 playoff games, but I have watched all 14 games and only missed a handful of plays. I watched virtually every play so far because I wanted to make sure the games made sense, that they emulated what we may see in the real world. The combination of the Madden 16 game play improvements over last year + Flazko's slider recommendations + my tweaks while not perfect are the best I have ever seen in the Madden series since I began playing it in the 90s.
Anyway here are my Play Now CPU vs CPU sliders which of course are heavily influenced from Flazko's sliders:

Accelerated Clock: OFF (CPU will count down itself when needed)

Aside from the special teams differences and reversals in how offsides and false starts were handled where I guess we have different philosophies (no biggie), the biggest difference in Flazko's sliders is in the run blocking setting. I was just finding that in the CPU vs CPU games I watched, a number of teams were having difficulty running the ball play after play. Ever since I bumped up the run blocking slider, teams had a little more success and weren't facing as many 2nd and 3rd and long scenarios after be stuffed on the run. Now some teams still have difficulty running. As an example Denver still struggled with their running game against Baltimore even after the adjustment, but Denver's running game struggled for a good chunk of the real world season.
