I am not an expert but the ADSL packages has maximum 24 Mbps.

VDSL is not yet available in my region (will double the speed)

However my download speed is almost always between 8-11 and upload 5-10 times lower.

I also play wireless due to there is no phone plug near the PS4 (it is in the same room though).

However when I try to plug an ethernet cable it doesn't change a lot of things BUT it changes my NAT to 3.
