1976 roster
I've just uploaded a 1976 roster. This is my first attempt at creating a classic roster. Names, numbers, equipment and depth charts are correct. A few lesser named back ups on the lesser teams may have incorrect skin tone? I didn't want to research the Bucs 2nd string LT. Since rosters were smaller then I filled extra spots with drafted players who did not make the team. In some cases in May have switched their positions. I'd like to thank Iteachpercussion as I used his formulas for QB, K and P ratings (with some minor tweaks) as some QBs came out with awful ratings otherwise. The remaining player ratings were based on my knowledge or lack there of of that era. The non existent teams are filed with average to poor players. In CFM they should win between 2-5 games. I did NOT match players to their years experience. I know other classic roster makers like to do that but it was not that important to me as this set is for single season use only. I'd also like to say that Seattle could be better regarding players skin tones but I just got tired as they were the last team I did. I'd suggest creating all 32 coaches. I'd use run heavy for all teams as in that scheme the fullback is used a lot as it was in that era. I'd also suggest a run/pass ratio of 60/40 to better simmulate the lesser passing seen in that era. This is assuming the ratios actually work this year. I apologize if some old time face masks ore off as sometimes had had trouble to getting them to stick? I think I figured it out but a few might still be off-roader name... 1976ebpmd
