With the PS3 all you have to do is swap the roster data.

Save your roster on a USB stick containing

PS3

SAVEDATA

Your Roster... Should contain the letters BCU and numbers

Unzip the roster you want to place in your game. Drag and drop the unzipped roster onto your active desktop

Drag and drop the roster on your active desktop into your USB stick. Delete your roster first. Bring the stick over to your console and copy to your hard drive. New roster should now be available once you fire up your copy of The Show.
