    Thats realistic.
I don't have the game but I think it would be great if EA eventually added a refs/judges system where each guy has their own opinion on how things go like MLB The Show does with umpires. Some refs might allow more ground work while some will stand it up quicker, etc.

Lmao. Nice movement, but why did you have to beat up on poor Phillipou like that? He looked lost in the matrix somewhere. Dance on me like that and I'll have to hit you with a hadouken or something.

I would LOVE to see that. I feel like the system is somewhat already in place with the judges but it would be great to have names associated with it like the Show.

They need to add knockout mode online. I hadn't really messed with it, but it's pretty fun. Just set it to pro, put their health all the way up and do best of 5. Good times.

I drove to Gamestop today to trade in UFC 2 for The Show.

I got there, sat in my car, and just couldn't do it. Bought The Show but brought UFC 2 back home with me.

UFC 1 received tremendous post launch support and I believe this game will as well. I love the feedback and interactions from the devs on here I believe they are passionate about making the best MMA simulation they can.

I need to wait AT LEAST until the first "big patch" and see what is improved for offline only gamers like myself before making a concrete decision on this game.

I also need to man up, stop crying, hit practice mode and just work on ground transitions (mostly denials) until I'm comfortable with it. Really struggling this year. There are times where to me every sign of movement indicates I should block transition one way and that way ends up being wrong. There's a good chance I'm just dumb.

Clinch denials are easily the hardest for me. Almost all the ground positions I'm pretty good with now, but the clinch is a mystery to me lol. It seems I cant block a single clinch transition, I must rely on them to strike, then block the strike to gain GA, THEN transition to a position which has a take down. Obi-wan your my only hope!

Does anyone else find the CPU too easy? On pro I win probably 90% of my fights and sometimes I have to hold back to make it even somewhat competitive. Seems like the CPU is too predictable sometimes. I try to fight realistic but I am finding it hard to have fights that are close, even when I am the much less talented fighter.

I dont even think im that good to be honest, but I cant seem to get matches that are even. Seem awfully one sided in my favour most of the time, was wondering if anyone else has the same issue? I love the game, love the KO's and really like the ground game, but I think the game will get stale quickly if I keep winning all the fights.

What about the next level of difficulty? You could always try career mode on adaptive AI difficulty as well although the mode is pretty bare.

Two things: There is a patch coming soon that will help fix some of those issues. Try Hard difficulty. Its backwards but for some people, they are finding Hard to be more difficult than Pro.

                        Pro is the top level.

I think my mind was on other sports games when I answered that question haha.

I'm in the exact same boat. I never deny any clinch transitions. My game would be a lot stronger if I can figure it out.

Can't wait for this patch. Hopefully we see some drastic stamina repercussions for the spinners online.

^ I'm in the same boat. My guy in UT is getting up there as far as stand-up ratings so I try and keep it on the feet and separated as much possible. I rely on the block a strike method as well.

No, I completely understand different values on different aspects of the fight. Here's how the fight played out, literally, for 5 rounds:

I'd hit him a handful of times on the feet, he'd take me down. I'd reverse his transition to mount and end up on top. I'd ground and pound him while denying his transitions. Mostly not postured up, but I'd get 2-3 shots postured. He'd attempt 4-5 submissions in a row, NOT ONE getting past the first stage. I'd then hit him a handful of times. I rocked him 6 times in the fight (no knockdowns) You should not be awarded for attempting 5 submissions in a row and never even sniffing the "2nd stage". I also took him down 1 less time than he did me (so the takedowns weren't the difference) Each round went this way, it wasn't like I landed all my shots in 1 round. In fact, the one judge scored it 50-45 me, and the other two went 48-47 him. I have been on both sides of controversial decisions. This one was just plan ridiculous. He literally had 0 offense the entire time, except 2 second armbar attempts from the bottom.
