    Sounds of The Show Question...

I'm having trouble importing songs from my USB Drive into The Show. I can play my music from the PS4 Media Player, but when I try to import the songs within the game, I get an error message that says no new files found. These songs were purchased on iTunes. Any suggestions?

Two questions: Are they in a folder on your USB titled Music and are they all in .mp3 format?

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

They are in a folder titled Music, but they are in a m4a format. What can I do in this situation?

Download a free program called Audacity. Load the files then save them as mp3. There might be an easier way to convert but that's the way I know. All SOTS files must be mp3.

Audacity doesn't support M4A. You can't convert on there.

I was able to convert M4A on Audacity, however, this might just explain why my game crashes while attempting to manage / delete the music for SOTS. Looks like it is time for another fresh install and experiment. This time I'll be avoiding all files that were originally in M4A format.

                  Result: Still failed

I should've known it would fail as I have files that work flawlessly that were converted from M4A to MP3 via Audacity. Wish a dev would acknowledge the problem.

Use a program like MP3Tag to remove all embedded track numbers.
See if that solves your issue.

If you've purchased this music through iTunes, i'm going to guess it's safe to assume you have iTunes.

In iTunes, go to preferences and click the "Import Settings" button. Within there, choose the option to have "MP3 Encoder" be your default encoder.

Now, find your purchased m4a files in iTunes. Right-click on them and choose the option to "Create MP3 Version".

                      You're welcome.

**None of the files I've done this with and imported to the game have had any issues.**
