Has anyone else noticed this?:

I have Vernon on the trade block since we only have ~9mil in cap space and this is a contract year for him. I'm getting 2016 3rds and 2017 2nds. Out of curiosity I did a manual trade with the teams offering a 3rd to see if they would trade their 2nd and Vernon shows up as red in the trade block. Those same teams wouldn't even send me their third round pick like they offered in "my offers" for Vernon.
