1000% agree , this is what's wrong with regular rosters. need to go with hall of fame rating tiers!
avg players should be rated 50-65

That's why i'm not a fan of the Madden Ultimate team legends because 99.9% of them are assembled with no plan in mind just random 90's giving out.
