Well, that sounds more like a true glitch than them "tuning" the gameplay. It sounds like EA has been made aware, so hopefully they can issue a tuner or something to fix it....

Fortunately, it is a big enough patch (1.15 Gb) that it should be easy enough to keep from accidentally downloading. I'll just start the download and put it to pause....

Edit: any of you guys already stuck with the update, try lowering both false start and offsides to default in both the MM and CFM settings (offsides to balance out the false start from a gameplay perspective) and see if that helps. Let us know how it goes....to me, the closer we can get to default, the better. I'm tempted to try, but I am currently dealing with a slow internet connection, so it isn't an option tonight....
