Both sliders are maxed (because nothing happened initially) and I have yet to see anything happen afterwards. Is this a bug or are they just not frequent?

I am seeing plenty of injuries and have seen 4 trades in the first 7 weeks of the season in my franchise.

Are you doing single or 30 team control?

Single. I started with an existing OSFM roster, am too far into the season to want to download the new one, so I decided to forgo 30-team this year. However I did keep injuries and trades on. I know you replied to my Q&A post before, but since then it's been the same. I'll say this though, I have been offered trades.

I'm not seeing any injuries on any simed games with 30 team controll I have injury set to 8

I do 30 team and I have the injury slider set to 7 or 8. I bump up the trade slider each month starting in April.

I usually get about 2 major injuries a day and there has been 3 trades so far. I am almost at the deadline.

Single-team control, injuries at 8, I've seen a ton, to the point I was considering turning it down. Not so many on my team but the DLs around the league are packed.

Yes it does. Just lucky so far I guess. Only been 8 games though.

Put your injuries at 5 when you sim the other teams games and then back to 8 for your game.

I play franchise and play every game, the one thing I noticed was, when I loaded my sliders with injury at 7 and then started the game, my injury slider was back at 5. The fix for this is to adjust it back to 7 in the game and then re-save it after you complete your game. Might be something for you to checkout.
