Oakmont now available for The Golf Club (+ other updates)

I know The Golf Club no longer has a ton of momentum going for it, there are still a number of community-led features that are keeping the game going strong. If you haven't been around for awhile, here are some updates.

• First, Oakmont Country Club, host of this year's US Open, is now available in the game. I spent 11 months working on this, so I can fairly confidently say that it's as accurate, if not more so, than EA's version (minus moving cars, of course). • You are probably aware of TGC Tours already if you've played the game. In addition to the regular tours, there are a number of community run events, as well, which keep the total number of submitted rounds each month at around 17,000. Are these courses available to play for PS4 owners? I'm interested in getting the game on PC, as well, but was waiting until I could get it on sale, prefer to not pay a full price twice.

All courses are cross platform. You'll need to the Collector's Edition to access all of the course themes in the game, though. Most of the newer, better courses are in newer themes which require the DLC, so you definitely need to get that.

In other news, versions US Open-B and Medium-B have been released for Oakmont, both using the Friday pin locations from the 2007 US Open. Two more pin sets will be released in the next week or two.
