1. There was accurate salaries in V3 for most MLB players except for a few. I know someone pointed that out to Ridin in this thread. I don't know if Ridin aimed at fixing all MLB salaries or not.
2. I'm pretty sure he mentioned a few pages back all transactions would be up-to-date.
