Kershaw vs Arreita

Just bought Kershaw for 74k wondering if I should keep him or If Arreita is the better pitcher of the two for diamond dynasty due to his higher velocity.

Kershaw is the best pitcher in the game. I rate Jose Fernandez and Sale above Arrieta as well tbh

Cool. Thanks I went with both, have heard a ton of good things about Fernandez I bought him but sold him for Syndergaard who I actually pulled again just now. Might sell one or wait to see If he gets another upgrade and then sell him or possibly sell both to grab Fernandez back. But I read a lot of bad things about Sale I guess it depends on who uses the player though. Thanks for the response.

Sale is nasty but if your opponent stacks righties and is good at hitting fastballs it's really hard to do well with him. I torch Arrieta every time I play him though and he hasn't done great for me in the time I've used him

I have both you can't go wrong there both really good. Anybody who says Arrieta isn't good doesn't know how to use him

Arrieta us my favourite pitcher. I give up soo many HRS with Sale I stopped using him, he desperately needs another pitch like a sinker or something. Kershaw is great always goes deep into the game

Sale would be so much better if he had a curveball as a 5th pitch. He's still great regardless.

My problem with Arrieta although he has been doing well since I re bought him he desperately needs to be upgraded. His BB/9 is way too low for me to consider him the best. Whenever that gets upgraded to like 75+ he will be taken to another level

Played my first game with Areitta complete game gave up four hits no runs and went 2 for 3 at the plate with a bomb and a double. He also reached base on a deeply hit ball that was an error. Highly impressed after one game.

Yeah, other than Greinke the pitcher I most prefer to hit with is Arrieta.
