The Raiders are one of the better teams in Madden if you're playing competitively imo..

For a rebuild though I would focus on the LB corps since I use Mack and Irvin as DE's. This leaves all three LB spots as question marks. I'd also replace Reggie Nelson fairly quickly and draft a franchise RB to replace Murray after the first year.
