I'll start. I think the best concept videos with regard to an overall striking tactics and strategy guide comes from Martial Mind. He has more than one. He is definitely more of a patient fighter who slowly picks you apart. I'd describe his strategy as setting a noose and letting you get overzealous and reach - hanging yourself with uneducated aggression. Here is one of his concept pieces:
