Open Roof In Franchise?

I've asked this question on Twitter with no response so I was wondering if anyone has heard or know that stadiums with retractable roofs will actually be open at times in franchise mode? The user does have the option for open or closed in other modes but in your franchise retractable roof stadiums are always closed.

Well, we are unsure if it's been fixed because we have not received any information on this subject.

Would be nice if the roofs were open or closed depending on the weather.

I assume since nothing has been said about this subject that they are still always closed in franchise mode.

I didn't get a chance to check it in LA. Will likely have to wait closer to release or EA Access to know.

That was a rhetorical question directed at EA, sorry about that. I'm with you my friend. This is huge deal to me since I generally play as the Colts. I simply can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. Should have been an immediate patch 2-3 years ago.

It would be nice in all modes to allow the user to choose stadium, and whether open or closed, uniforms for the CPU team, etc.

I haven't played Francise enough so I don't even know if I can pick a different uniform/throwback for my own team, if not, it should be available; though I would like to set a default uniform for both home and away for my franchise team, so If I am playing as the Falcons, I could use one of their throwback unis, though many teams do not have away versions of their throwback unis, which I would like added to the game for all modes.

I like to play as the Oilers, and I moved my team to Houston to get the 1990's Oilers uniforms, and they did have the away version, which isn't available in "play now," but even then, it was the white away pants with no away blue pants that I recall. Another area of frustration even when the away uniform is available.

This may be a license issue with the NFL, but it would be nice, with the uniforms, tat we could also have throwback stadiums like the Astrodome, etc..

I think he means it's always the same every year. Can't control weather or the roofs on stadiums... Even if you're the GM. Which makes no sense.

I'm curious, based on how it was phrased, since I only play offline franchise.....can you open them in online games? If so, then not including it in franchise seems absurd.

You can choose open or closed in play now but in franchise mode they're always closed. Its always been this way which is unfortunate.
