Looking for help on editing player ratings/tendencies

In the past I've always loved to edit rosters. My best go was in NBA 2K11 when I edited every single player according to a formula guide posted by (now banned) user, elknavo. I spent several months editing everything from player ratings/tendencies, to playbooks and coaching formulas. I had myself the most realistic basketball simulator I've ever experienced. I'd like to edit the roster on 2K16 in a very similar fashion. Does anybody have some ultra-realistic rating/tendency formulas, and maybe some updated playbooks?

    Curious: Why was elknavo banned?

I truly do not know, although I could guess some of the rather disparaging remarks made against 2K helped attributed to it.. It was such a good rating formula and gave me insane realism in both simulation and CPU vs. CPU. Here's a link if you want to check it yourself.
