Michael Saunders: It's time. Thought he might get the boost last week, but he didn't. What did he do? Hit 3 HRs in one game. He's hitting for power from both sides of the plate. And playing far past his 77 ratings. Tomorrow he gets the boost.
Ian Desmond: Just recently got a ratings boost, but he has continued to hit and kill left handed pitching. He should see an increase to that, if not tomorrow, in the near future. He bat .345 in May and has followed that up with a cool .368 in June. Should be gold in no time.
CC Sabathia: Rough outing yesterday aside, he's been a beast and anchor for the Yankees. It's time to reward the man with a ratings boost. Should he keep pitching the way he has this year, no reason to believe he won't eventually go gold.
Didi Gregorius: Staying with the Yankees, there has been no one better (maybe Beltran) than Didi Gregorius. He is absolutely slaughtering lefties with his .383 average which means he should see his Cont vs L go up from his paltry 41. He's not hitting for power so he should only see a modest boost.
Paulo Orlando: Talk about coming from out of nowhere. He won't get a crazy boost seeing as how he's only hitting for contact, but he should go from common to bronze.
Michael Fulmer: Can you believe the Mets had this guy in their farm system as well? Talk about having a surplus of pitching. Anyways, he's been a stud for the Tigers. Over his last 6 starts, 4-1 with a 0.48 ERA. I know he just got a boost recently, but he's been too good to not get another one.
Zach Davies: He's on a hot streak which he could parlay into silver status and we all know how valuable silvers on the Brewers are since they sell for a pretty penny. Over his last 7 games, he is 4-0 with a 2.18 ERA. Doesn't walk a great number of batters and has been striking them out at a higher clip recently.
Giancarlo Stanton: If he doesn't drop to a gold tomorrow, I don't know anymore. Justin Upton has been hit like 3 or 4 times since this game has come out while Giancarlo has remained unscathed.
Feel free to post other players that you guys could see getting a ratings boost/decrease. Other guys that are viable for an increase are Mookie Betts who continues to tear the cover off the ball and Matt Carpenter. I considered adding Carlos Gonzalez and Robinson Cano, but they're still not hitting lefties well enough to warrant a boost.
