excited about the new equipment - though the huge amount they added makes me even more puzzled as to why we still don't have something so simple as mouthguards.

Yeah, as JP stated, as not as simple as one might assume.

If other games can get mouth guards no excuse that EA can't, hopefully next year.

The new cleats helmets, face masks all look great. They look so good it makes you notice even more how bad the player body types and proportions are.

Unless you're asking for little clear mouthpieces they aren't even close to the same thing, not at this point in time.

The full coverage mouth guards would have to be physics based and able to move. It's a technical nightmare.

I have always thought a good option for sleeves, arm bands etc. would be "match jersey" or have diff settings for Home and Away.

A lot of players change their equipment out Home Vs. Away. Not a huge issue by any means, but would be cool nonetheless.

Kane: what was the purpose of removing the Wilson helmet? Dont we need that and the riddell Tk for certain legendary Mut players? I use them for classic rosters. Thanks

I remember past Maddens had equipment options for playing on turf/grass. I loved it.

I gotta say, I thought all you equipment guys were nuts, and often found myself thinking "how can they possibly care when ____ needs fixed!".....but man, was I wrong. It took me seeing it to join the hype, but boy...these look darn nice.

Here's an idea... Why not just scan the faces with their mouthpieces in for players that wear them in real life . Bring a variety of mouthpieces and have them wear what they will be sporting for the upcoming season . Scan Thier head with the mouth piece in.🤔

Because the mouthpieces need physics on them. They need to be able to move independently of the face/head. Just scanning the model doesn't achieve that.

The patriots are wrong . Most teams that wear white cleats beside the Cowboys and raiders will have inaccurate colorways. It's this attention to detail that EA needs to address to make every team as accurate as possible.

I'm sure there's some technical issue behind it like there is with mouth pieces and real single arm sleeves but it's better than nothing at this point

We didn't have anyone really wearing the Wilson and it was basically the same as the Riddell TK
