Interest in a relegation system coach mode dynasty?

Any interest in a coach mode dynasty for PS3 using Timeetyo's regionally based relegation system? Here would be some base rules to help you gauge your interest.
Everyone starts off in the bottom tier
NO Veer and Shoot offense (Art Briles' system ran by Tulsa, Syracuse, and now Texas). This offense is cheesy and overpowered in NCAA 14.
NO Triple-Option offense. It is fine if you use the play 3-4 times a game
No Huddling IS allowed.
No using read option without setting it up.
Everyone starts out with a 1 star school.
Custom playbooks are encouraged.
HB slip screens are not allowed (or any other money plays for that matter)
QB Slot Option is not allowed(Money Play)
Four Verticals is not allowed(Money Play)
The stick play that has a TE/WR on an option route is not allowed(Money Play)
5 Wide is to be used in moderation
No recruiting anyone who does not have your school in their top 5
No recruiting nationally (any state that doesn't border yours). One can override this if the recruit has your school as its #1.

I would play in a relegation dynasty. But not with the restrictions you laid out
