What's your hype level?
Since we are only a little over 5 weeks away from release how excited are you for Madden 17 right now?

What's your hype level?
Lol. U know what's tough? And, this is one of my conspiracy theories as to why madden never made a good game, for the fear that no one would buy the next one. Lol. I am STILL playing M16!! With some slider adjustments, I absolutely love the way this game plays, now. But, with everything having been talked about already, I do think M17 is going to be even better and actually improve on M16 (as opposed to a 'we've rebuilt everything from the ground up' year). I'm still kind of hyped to see the jukes, stiff arms, etc work better. And, i'm curious to see the various nuances with the modified ball carrier moves. Looking forward to seeing the 'real' D in action. Ball physics. New commentary. Some new additions to CFM. Wait, s--t, I guess I am hyped!!! Aug 18th needs to get here, quick! (I think ea access starts aug 18th, and I will be playing right away (well, after the long download time while everyone with ea access downloads at the same time)).

Re: What's your hype level?
I'm definitely more hype than ever. This is my first Madden release for the PS4(bought mine in May) and last one at home because I'm going to college the Friday after. In the end, it's Madden, but those two things have me excited to play.Comment

Re: What's your hype level?
I'm not very hyped but I still may buy it because I didn't buy it last year and barely touched it the year before so I'm itching for some football. If they end up patching in formation subs that will make it a definite buy for meComment

Re: What's your hype level?
I really thought I would get more excited about the game the closer we got to release but since I started playing ncaa 14 on my 360 again it really shows how little has been done since last gen. I mean, graphically the game looks better but overall gameplay has felt unchanged. But I think what kills me is that ncaa did so much with the presentation and "feel" of big games that madden still can't accomplish.
As of now, I don't know if I will play madden past the EAaccess early play.Comment

Re: What's your hype level?
I'm hype but I just hope game plays as they say with the defensive adjustments etc..and hope we don't need a bunch of patches that break game like with 16 and last patch update.
I will buy it day one just wish ps4 had option to play it 4 days early like Xbox.Comment

Re: What's your hype level?
Definitely "less excited" and for me that's saying something because it's not like I went in all that excited to begin with. It mainly stems from that claim of a "CFM Overhaul" in comparison to what they actually revealed. Aside from the Practice Squads, which seem to be almost spot on to the way they work in the NFL, EA Tib seems hell bent on NOT emulating NFL team management elements in CFM.Comment

Re: What's your hype level?
I'm very hyped for it. August 23rd can't get here soon enough for me. I'll be even more hyped when it releases if theirs no huge game breaking or should I say cfm breaking bugs that make people find and use workarounds or make people wait a while to start their cfm's like the whole drive goals and confidence problem from last year. Fingers crossed theirs no big franchise mode issues at release this year.Last edited by Rocket32; 07-17-2016, 09:37 PM.Comment

Re: What's your hype level?
Less hyped; I was pumped over the defensive changes but CFM is still not what I am hoping for, ie Head Coach UI and depth, and the game play still doesn't seem much better overall, ie OL/DL interactions.Comment
