Is there any way to get rid of the center ice BUT keeping the Teams center ice logo?

I want to create the new Red Wings arena and maybe the L.A. NHL All-Star Game arena.

The only thing i've tried so far is to create a custom Red Wings team but that satisfied me not 100% and would only stay as Plan B
