Based on the headshots of the rosters, it could be because these are all people in the witness protection program, due to more than half of the headshots being blank.

They have quite a history as the team began playing football in 1899. Sporting some dominant teams in the early 1950's and 1960's. Unfortuantely things have turned for the worse as their 23 game losing streak is rivaling the 26 game losing streak from a few years back. Things got so bad the "historian" keeping track of the records stopped adding them after Franklin laid down 80 points on them.
