What's first when you turn on the game?

When I am first able to boot the game up I will be diving straight into franchise with the Titans. I like how their team is made up and feel like I could build at a couple of positions and contend. I plan to basically remake the Falcons teams of 02-05 with Dunn, Vick and Duckett (DVD) and do a ground and pound kind of approach while spending draft picks and money in FA on OL help, a CB or 2 and some fast LB's. Before I start any games I'll adjust my sliders for All-Madden and get ready to get smashed for 10-15 games before finally getting the hang of it. I assume my first season will be rough since they are coming off of a 3-13 record. I will probably choose Henry, Aaron Wallace and one of my OL guys to build up and play 5-10 games in the next week. I play on All-Madden with custom sliders, 15 min quarters with 22 sec runoff, game speed at normal I believe and speed threshold around 60 if I remember correctly. Will adjust as I see fit. How about you guys? Other than turning on and getting through the installation game what do you plan on doing? Starting franchise? Playing online? Online franchise? Play now to find a team? I'd love to hear.

First thing will be to just do a play now game to get the feel of it, before diving into franchise mode.

Straight to my initial Chargers CFM. I'll do a few play the moments during preseason to get the new controls down and zones. I usually pick up on that stuff quick.

I plan to actually sign Bosa and rebuild a new stadium in the chargers franchise lol

Definitely going to hop in the skills trainer to get a feel for the game and then will open up U.S. Bank Stadium with my Vikings. Excited for franchise mode!

I'll start my Jaguars CFM, and use the four pre-season games to get used to the buttons and make some decisions on my franchise.

I wonder how formation subs is going to work with pre-season, I'm going to have to make a lot of pre-game adjustments.

I'll likely mess around and check out my loyalty rewards for MUT, and then jump into my AFC East CFM with my buddies (gotta be the Jets, but GO Panthers!)

Play now game Panthers v Broncos to have a play and just take it all in
Then dive into my fantasy CFM with the Browns

Gonna be editing a few players awareness down and some players' development up so the depth charts are ordered correctly and the CPU doesn't cut the wrong players in franchise. For example in the limited franchise footage I've seen the Titans have cut Tajae Sharpe, their 5th round pick when irl he'll be their #2 receiver. Hopefully with their trade of DGB the CPU will keep him on the roster, but I'll edit him just in case.

Since it seems like 32 team control will mess up the ticker, I'll have to give that up until the offseason so I want to make sure the CPU doesn't screw things up too much. After that I may play one play now game then hop right into my Lions franchise.

Then a test CFM... err Franchise with a random team until week 1 rosters come out... or maybe I wont bother waiting for the rosters this year, we'll see.

Skills Trainer to see all the talk about the run controls, then gameplay testing in play now games (will start on all pro) and make necessary changes. Will test in CFM once I get a base set and go from there!! Can't wait to get into either an offline vikings franchise or maybe an offline fantasy draft!!!
