Rex was streaming on Twitch, he said that "I am not allowed to speak on color rush uniforms at this time."
If he was not allowed to speak on color rush uniforms, they are all but confirmed. Why?
Because if they were NOT in the game, he would have no problem denying them.
Why would he say "I am not allowed to speak on color rush uniforms at this time" if they were not coming later?
