Bug (Be Specific): Shotgun formations are mixed up, it says it's one formation but it's actually another, and the graphic of the formation is mixed up.

Game Mode Experienced In: Any mode. Practice mode, play now, etc.

Can you reproduce it? How?: Yeah, just make a custom playbook and try and go through shotgun formations
