Bug: When you have an injured player who is now out of the game, he still shows up trotting on the field when it goes to the camera before an offensive or defensive series. Derrick Henry was injured and out if the game and through the rest of the game it showed him trotting onto the field with the rest of the offense.

Mode: happened once in offline CFM and once in Play Now offline.... Different players.

Have only had two injuries where the players were out for the rest of the game and this has happened in both situations.

Don't have any media of it.
