Reaction = time to begin moving to the ball (it's the "read time" for the fielder). For outfielders, it seems to impact route errors (how fast they continue adjusting to the flight of the ball).

Speed = movement speed all over the diamond, offense and defense

Fielding Speed could be considered Reaction Time + Movement Time = How fast they get to the ball/spot.
