    Alot of positives.

    Negatives:

Jimmy Butler looks like Justice Winslow.

Paul George is to bulky with no muscle definition.
Russell's face looks the same to me. Just looks like new hair and a touch up on features. Could be wrong, but I don't think he's scanned.

        Player models look fantastic.

Love the physicality but hope its *controlled* and not automatically generated like in 2k16 under the basket.

To me what looks different are the little animations as players contact each other. I think they may have worked on more of the little thngs that allow for more realistic movement that involves contact, both with other players and with the ball.

That could have some very nice actual gameplay implications.

Is this true for any other arenas?

Also, that's a mind blowing fact for me.

The lack of muscle definition for players who should have it like Westbrook, Butler, Pippen, Jordan, etc....really bothers me. It's a glaring omission that takes away from how good the graphics are otherwise. 2K really needs to rework their body scan system.

2k17 hopes it continues off of the things 2k16 did right. honestly was a presentation trailer. but looking forward to the live stream gameplay. even with no trailer that live stream, makes me buy it regardless lol

                    Fantastic... what?

90% of them seem to have had too many leg days with all those bulky legs and rears.
Upper bodies lack any type of definition but at least they seem to have scaled back some size.

Paul George still looks Lebron big.

The only one that hyped me was Ingram (at least his upper body)

Korver hair has been fixed it seems

If you ramp up the contacts you should add some types of blocking/reaching fouls on the perimeter. There's already too much contact with no foul while driving in 2K16 in comparison to what happens in real life.
All that bumping and hacking is called 9/10 at least during the regular season

Thats not actually true. For example, EA didnt have the MSG license when Fight Night Champion came out but they wanted a NY arena. So they made an arena that looks EXACTLY like MSG and called it "NY Arena".

The only thing the MSG license grants is the right to use the name and logo of MSG. That isnt the reason that 2k's color is off.

There are multiple examples of games that had the same colors and floor/field/ice art but didnt have the license. NHL 15 didnt have the United Center or PNC arena licenses but it had the same ice art and colors as those arenas.

I disagree with you. Thats the thing about judging player models. Some people will love them. Some will hate them. Its in the eye of the beholder.

So you're saying that NBA players are that big and bulky?
Just look at George if that seems fine to you!

Last year the player models were too big, now they too skinny and yall complain about muscle definition. Obviously you'll never be happy.

Hell I remember playing Jordan vs Bird and Bulls vs Blazers and each arm was like two pixels. Maybe thats why im not so picky.

Only time the muscle definition stuff matters is in close up shots or replay...I (personally) hardly notice that stuff when I'm playing. I totally understand wanting to see greatness visually but some of you guys really take it too far.

The models look fantastic as compared to 2k16 that's a fact. Everything else is everything else and most likely going to be a WIP over the next few years.
