    LOL at Toews.
Was listening to a radio show regarding Team Canada for the WC and insiders are saying Babcock has him as the 4th line centre for Canada.

Even EA's drinking the Toews Koolaid.

It always depends of the lines combinations, but thinking that Babcock may play Toews 4th line minutes is nonsense for me, I can't see that happening at all.

I don't know if Toews and Stamkos are that high, top 10 though.

And McDavid might deserve to be on there, he was killing it when he came back.

No reward for two way hockey. There arent 10 centers in the game better than Bergeron.

Getzlaf did not have a good season last year. I think Joe Thornton should replace him, but hey I am very biased

Was just going to post something similar. Literally thought it was a joke with this list.

Not when the top 3 lines are genuinely slotted for more offensive players.
And Toews is the least offensive centre on that team.

One could make a case that Ryan O'Reilly deserves to be on the team just as much as Toews.

I think the 4th line is perfect for Toews. He'll get 8-10 minutes a game with lots of PK time.
Looking at Team Canada's roster, that's exactly the kind of minutes he should get.

Knowing that guys like Seguin, Tavares, Stamkos, Giroux, Carter, Duchene will probably play the wing, I see Toews as the second line center behind Crosby. Bergeron or Getzlaf on the third. However, like I said, it will depend of the combinations, because there is enough talent on this team to make 4 great lines. That being said, I'm sure Toews will play more than 8-10 minutes a game.

I dont mind this list....pretty good. The only one I may a have a small beef with is Giroux....probably have him at a 90 along with Bergeron.

As for McDavid I would have him around 86-87. He is only 19 and has played half a season guys.....he shouldn't be top 10 yet.

Crosby won the Art Ross in his 2nd year. I wouldn't be surprised if McDavid did the same this season.

IMO, McDavid is a top 10 centre right now. Probably top 3.
Prorated over 82 games, he would have had 87 points, good enough for 3rd in the league.
If I'm drafting a centre for one season only, I may even be inclined to take McDavid 1st.
I'd bet on him outscoring every centreman this season.

Knowing that guys like Seguin, Tavares, Stamkos, Giroux, Carter, Duchene will probably play the wing, I see Toews as the second line center behind Crosby. Offensively speaking, all those players are more talented than Toews.
Toews will be no better than a bottom-6 forward during even-strength play.

According to early reports, Babs likes Seguin and Getzlaf as the 2nd or 3rd line centre.
He mentioned that they may move Seguin to the wing to play with Getzlaf, but if they do, then Carter will move to centre the 3rd line with Duschesne and Giroux.

Stamkos was slotted in as Crosby's winger. I wouldn't be surprised if the newly added Couture is his LW.

smh well someone obiously doesn't get the finer points of hockey which could be expected from someone who speaks about the game with borrowed knowledge but no complete thought of his own. Toews is a top 10 player in hockey and can turn his offensive game up when needed. His defense becomes his offense. sorry I just had to say something. Glad you aren't the coach lol
