Bug (Be Specific): I keep calling for a replay challenge after plays. My runner or receiver will be tackled, and the routine for a coach challenge comes up and it says I'm challenging the spot of the ball. I don't know if there's a button I'm pressing accidently or if it's just glitching, but I lose both of my challenges and two timeouts almost immediately every game.

Game Mode Experienced In: I've just seen it in Play Now because I haven't started a Franchise yet.

Can you reproduce it? How?: It happens every game at some point.
