New patch?

Anyone know if there's a new patch coming soon? Seems some leagues can't start yet because of issues with sync with daddy leagues site which is in new patch.

Honestly don't see why anyone is playing online at all with the run/pass tell. I tried 2 games and won both but did not enjoy it. it was just a ****fest

Once the patch is out of EA's hands, it's in the hands of MS and Sony.

EA or any other company will not comment on timetables or ballparks of patch release.

you would think..i really thought the run/pass tell would be able to be addressed with their tuners. i mean it's just subtracting/adding names pre-snap. Guess that's not the case

That's not something a tuner effects.... that's why we have to wait for the patch, which is probably awaiting approval from Sony and Microsoft right now

How long does that typically take? We talking days or weeks?

Also, anyone know about the daddy leagues issues? Any updates on that?

I think certification is quicker on the newer systems, could be anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks or less or more?

It will be here when it's here, though.

It's much quicker than it used to be. Usually several days from when the developer releases the patch.

Patching today is so much more common and both Sony and Microsoft do a good job of getting patches through. Plus there aren't arbitrary limits on the number of patches as there were on X360 and PS3, which usually only limited a developer to 2 post-release patches for a full game, without needing to jump through hoops.

I was expecting a Day 1 patch though as is common for most games, and we didn't get that.

I was expecting a Day 1 patch though as is common for most games, and we didn't get that.

The game did come with a day 1 patch because formation subs was added to the game.

It should be out around the time the week 1 roster is out, I believe that's September 9th

personally i love the franchise this year, however i think i may have royally messed mine up .( sorry for hijacking your post it wont let me start a new thread for some reason???) ... i maybe rushed a bit too much thru my 1st season, didnt scout much, i was pushing off the re-signing of some people till i decided what i was gonna do. i got done week 17 thought ehhh ill do it during wild card week since i have a bye that week. but it doesnt allow you to. i truly hope i have another chance to do what i needed do if not my roster is screwed lol. any knowledge of this you can share is appreciated. thanks guys enjoy your franchises!

Are we good to start a league or do we have to restart a league for the patch to take effect? I know the draft class bug was fixed where you could see all attributes of a player. Im more concerned with the run/pass defense glitch.
