Seriously?! Why?! They make all of these changes, but can't do a simple little thing like that? That's beyond disappointing.#LFC

Mike, does the new advanced rotations feature extend to the computer in MyGM/MyLeague? Aka will teams like the Sixers bring Embiid and Noel off the bench behind Jah because they are all centers? Or will they start 2 of the 3 as they should? Or the Suns who have a similar situation with Bledsoe and KnightComment

Re: NBA 2K17 Features Improvements Across The Board, Here's 75 of Them
the adding/removal of headbands has always intrigued me. Is there a deeper reason as to why they can't re-add that feature again? I remember some past live games also didn't let you remove headbands as well. InterestingComment

I can't believe the problem wasn't fixed when LeBron was going back and forth about wearing it and not wearing it.#LFC

Re: NBA 2K17 Features Improvements Across The Board, Here's 75 of Them
The systems for player models including heads and hair are static once the player in in the league, or they always have been. Changing the headband as an asset affects the rendering of those static assets, so making the head band a changeable accessory would probably require overhauling the entire player head/face/hair model system to become dynamic and editable.Comment

Has anyone mentioned that the commentators have been confirmed and Chris Webber is one of them?

I expect it's not nearly as simple as we non coding people imagine.

Re: NBA 2K17 Features Improvements Across The Board, Here's 75 of Them
I just hope all the new features in MyGM/MyLeague are optional.
Very skeptical about the following:- Leagues will dynamically expand in future years.
- Perhaps one of the most impressive features - Dynamic rule changes. For instance, league meetings will occur during the offseason. An extreme example would be the league voting on using a sudden death OT rule change--first bucket wins. Extreme cases such as this are very rare, we were told. More common would be changes to the shot clock timer, back clock timer, etc.
- Dynamic uniform updates.
I'd hate for my saved game to be ruined 5 seasons in because of an extreme rule change or a new expansion team.Comment

I'm a little worried about this one......
The interior post game has been revamped this year. Lots of banging down low, wrestling for rebounds, and other messy plays, including putbacks.
I guess because I loved the way the post get worked.Hands Down....Man Down - 2k9 memories

Re: NBA 2K17 Features Improvements Across The Board, Here's 75 of Them
Not sure I have a ton to contribute to the conversation right now other than to say that virtually all the MyLeague additions sound really, really awesome. I was going to keep tabs on which ones stuck out to me most but as I read, I realized I liked everything. Dynamic rules and dynamic expansion were particularly intriguing, as I'd never even brainstormed such possibilities before.
In other categories, I really liked the sound of the shoe game, especially the inclusion of Pennys and Shaqs, both of which make me wonder what other old school shoes may have made the cut (not holding my breath though).
Also loved the idea of custom audio. Of course, the real question will be whether those effects kick in at the right moments or whether the weird glitches remain (i.e. a home team dunk leading to silence in the midst of a big run).
Lastly, I wasn't really excited about the idea of multiple commentary teams when it was announced the other day (seemed a bit excessive to have multiple national broadcast teams) but I admit today that I began coming around. It should keep the game pretty fresh, no?
I will say, I wish I could have read about some classic team news, but I wasn't holding my breath on that either. I'd love new teams, though I'm actually super pleased to have as many as we do. More than anything else, I wish those teams could be properly authenticated (better faces, more signature moves, dunks, dribbles, layups, etc.).Comment
