Guys for years we've had a 4 man league going, and my buddy who doesn't own the game has came over and played against me in the same living room on the same console.

Is this no longer possible?

When I try to play him it makes me invite him, even though he's signed on as Player 2 on my PS4. When he accepts the invite it goes back to the screen and says I must back out of the play screen to have him join. When I back out it ends the session and we can't play.

We tried setting him to auto-pilot and then playing, but it won't let him move his controller to his teams side. Is there anyway to fix this?
