UPDATE 9/4

I'm going to tweak qb accuracy slider from 45 to 70. This slider doesn't really dictate how accurate they are, the title is misleading. This slider is more for the cpu qb's awareness. I'm also going to bring back down fumbles, the tuner from this past week was to fix fumbles and strips. Also going to bring kick power a little down.
