I've got a CFM as a DC currently running alongside my main. I let the CPU do all the player resigning, depth charts, free agent signing and releasing, scouting, drafting etc. I'll make up in my head if there is a defensive player there that suits my scheme perfectly that we try and draft him from the war room.

Usually I will be the DC for the first year and depending on how well my defense has done, I'll then look at teams who need a defensive minded head coach..

Definitely adds length to a CFM.
