Bug: In offseason, no NFL coaches are fired (this is ridiculous, should be multiple firings), when I go to hire a coach, multiple head coaches are listed as "Signed with Seahawks" when I have yet to sign anyone (I am the Seahawks). I am then unable to offer any of those coaches, and they end up remaining unsigned by any other team.

System: PS4

Game mode: Offline CFM

Have produced multiple times in multiple seasons.
