1) I believe keeper years reset once you decide not to protect a player. He'll get a full set of keeper years based on the "offseason draft keeper years" setting.
2) It's a setting, like I said. [2, 3, Random(2-3)] There's a setting for the start of the mode, and a setting for every subsequent offseason draft.
3) It's [2, 3, Random] + [Extra Rookie Keeper Years (0-25)] for rookies.
4) It does matter. We run the full NBA lottery logic, including tiebreakers via coin flip, and the admin has the option to rerun the lottery or set a custom draft order. The worst teams will have the best chance at a high pick on every round, and they should pick high on the 1st round too as long as they don't choose to protect a player ranked in the top 30 of the league.
5) Trading works the same as last year, with the option to have the admin vet the trade before allowing it, or not.
Another quickfire item:
- Edit Player/Prospect is only allowed by admins in MLO, but you can ask an admin to quickly give you admin rights so that you can go over whatever edits you need to make and then rescind those rights.
