has anybody got higher then lottery pick in the prelude?

i played great in the prelude about 16/2/4 but i couldn't get anything higher then lottery projection. everytime i watch a YouTuber play the prelude they i see them at lottery too. its weird maybe the story is scripted for us to go to a certain team. if someone has got like top 10, top 5 that be great to know for this speculation can be false,thanks!

It's false. A 2k dev said so in another thread about the scripted to a team theory.

People bought VC and their players were pretty good so not surprised. I got lottery pick and didn't upgrade anything.

Was Top 3 until the title game, got a triple double and got dropped to Lotto Pick. No upgrades

Averaged 22 and 10 over 4 college games, got top 3 projected

What was your teammate grade? I got at least A in every game

I Think to get top 3 you just have to buy VC and get your stats up to at least 78-80 and play good and you will be a top 3....Its all overall based...you cant be a 60 some overall and be top 3.
