Has anyone come across a bad, really bad draft. I just had one. Maybe 5 good guys in whole draft, everyone else is bad

Oh yeah for sure I got a really bad one coming up and the one before last year's was really bad. I got lucky with this past year's draft with studs all in the first 3 rounds.
The quarterbacks in this upcoming draft sucks that's why I'm glad I got my franchise quarterback in this past year's draft.
Most of the players I'm scouting right now are 3-7-undrafted potential prospects.
It's not too bad at certain positions where I have needs so I'll just focus there. That's why when you build your teams through drafts have a 5-year plan because you won't be able to build your whole team in just 2 seasons, I'm constantly changing my roster every year, trading, and adding free agents. I've already got a Super Bowl contender but it's not fully built yet but next year will be my 4th year of the rebuilding plan so I'm getting real close to building a dynasty and completing the core part of my roster.
Only if we had a new NCAA game I could put those drafts into this game. I can't wait until EA gets NCAA back. -

Yeah I scoured like 40 guys less thAn 5 are quick - all others are normal or slow. 1 qb, 2 wr, no oline, 2 lb r good. 1 db is okComment

the last draft class was wasn't good so i trade out a couple of times. the upcoming one has five pass rushing OLB that are superb but a complete lack of quality after that from what i can tell.
gonna use my two first round picks to get a real tip-top WR, maybe OBJ or mike evans.Comment

Just had a really bad one. This was compounded by the way the game handles your coach moving to a new team. When you take a contract with a new team you don't take your scouting with you and you have only one week to scout before the draft. This annoyed me.Comment

not being able to reliably fill your teams holes in the draft each and every year is extremely refreshing to me as someone who likes the challenge of trying to build a great team. love the new draft classes update. and yes I have seen some horrible classes, even saw the CPU take a 55 OVR guy in the 2nd round one time.Comment

There was one draft where every MLB was graded at 7th Round or Undrafted except for the one guy who had a 1st Round Grade which was downgraded to a 3rd Round.Comment

i'm still finding scouting too easy to determine who are the better player. i can pretty much get a 70 rated player in every round consistently until the 5th round - even in the 6th & 7th it's more often than not.
carefully studying of the grades, the round they should be picked in and their number grade usually narrows it down too effectively.
i'm still looking for four things from the draft (which is getting better every year):
- random "bust" players
you take someone in the first couple of rounds and at the start of their second season, their OVR plummets.
- players enterting the draft injured
there are players who come into the draft with an injury you know will prevent them from playing (all or part) of their rookie season. you can chose to IR them cos they'll miss the whole season' or you can leave them active cos they'll be back in week. they could be taken at their original draft position or they could fall randomly.
- simply fewer good players
thee are still too many good players in the draft. i'd cut the number coming out with a 70 OVR (and above) by 15% (ish).
- fewer good QB
it seems there are four good QB in every draft. that's too many. most years it should be one or two. occasionally three. once every six or so years, there should be four.Comment
