Amazon early tip off delivery.

Anyone else who pre ordered from amazon getting a notification that the game will be arriving Saturday instead of today? Kinda bummed about this. I even have an amazon distribution center about 45 minutes away from me too...

I could never preorder a game for delivery. If I don't have it there by the time I'd come home from work I'd be pissed. Your local store or digital is the way to go.

Unless you're saving a ton of money by delivery.

The best thing going for the Amazon order is the discount for being an Amazon Prime member.

Mine didn't ship. I contacted amazon chat, and I got a $15 credit since they missed the promised day. I had to explain to the CSR what Amazon's policy is, as the product needs to be delivered on the day it is released. I also had them do Saturday priority delivery.

I attached the credit email, and chat for reference.

So Amazon is out of stock of the Early Tip Off and they said it wont arrive until October 1st. What is the difference between the digital and early tip off if I get that at a discount? It is past the release day so I assume I will not get any pre order stuff for the digital version now.

So Amazon is out of stock of the Early Tip Off and they said it wont arrive until October 1st. What is the difference between the digital and early tip off if I get that at a discount? It is past the release day so I assume I will not get any pre order stuff for the digital version now.

I can't guarantee it and you certainly won't get a discount, but I would try buying directly from Sony or Microsoft. Just go to the store on your console and see if the Early Tip Off Editions are available. If not, maybe call your local Gamestop or Wal Mart to see if they have the game with the pre-order stuff.

I have Prime as well and I waited to preorder until a week or two ago because I deciding between the PS4 or XB1 version. Once I decided on PS4 I preordered and they didn't give me a delivery date, so I canceled and went digital instead of talking a chance of it coming late. At that point I knew no matter what I was paying full price because Amazon doesn't discount digital.

I understand all that. What I am trying to find out is are there any bonuses that come with the digital version. I can wait a week or 2 for Amazon to save money and still get all the preorder bonuses if the digital doesn't come with anything extra.
