Seriously how do we upgrade our Free throw rating in MyCareer?

I've heard do free throw practices during team practice. Well I just did them for 1 hour straight and my free throw rating is still 65.

I just did 5 in one team practice - in the other did just one and got the upgrade.

So its probably random when you get an upgrade

I think it depends on doing multiple team practices not just one. So do like 5 each practice.

Really so my free throw is going to be capped at 65. How ridiculous SG's shooting 55%-60% from the line with no option to better it.

Its not in the menu where you choose what you want to upgrade plus my mid range is maxed.

The fact that there is no information on these hidden attributes is ridiculous. I like the fact that you have to go to the gym and practice your free throws to build your rating, but what's the point if the system is flawed. You can only do them at team practice and they are so few and far in between and they are supposedly pose to give you just only a +1??!! And some of these drills are impossible to gold. Like the agility ladder and free throw golf. I'm enjoying this game but the small details killing it for me.

I liked it also when I heard you have to practice free throws until I do it and get nothing then find out it's just +1 and on top of that I hear its temporary(haven't confirmed that).

I just hope someone from 2k see's this and we get an answer beacuase it chips at away at the enjoyment of the mode when you attack the rim and get to the line only to shoot 5/10 from the line at a postion that typically shoots it much better than that,I would be fine with a 65 free throw cap if I was a C, but at PG or SG no.

People are fouling like crazy right now in Pro Am any time there's an open scoring chance knowing that it's probably going to be a 1 for 2 split at the foul line at best.
