    Myplayer practices

    what practices have you guys been doing for myplayer do you do all of the practices or just some? it seems like an awful lot of practices between each game. and what does it even do for you?

    I only do vertical jump because its the quickest and I just want to max my Doin Work meter before I start working on the other stats

      what is verticle jump? so far they just keep making me do like 3 point ones and im a center

          Just say no when your teammate offers to do a drill with you. When the exit practice option appears, go to the weight room and do the vertical jump (the innermost right side). You can do it twice (easy gold each time) and your meter is filled.

            For now its just vertical jumps then leave. I would like to do the other drills but as long as my Stamina, Free Throw, and reaction keep going back down there really isn't any point in doing the other drills.

                Box Jump and failing is extremely fast and you still get +1's for it.

                Do Box Jump, fail the first jump, repeat two more times and you have a full bar.

                Literally takes less than 20 seconds total.
