I see people say go to team practice and shoot FTs and I've done that but my +1 always goes away

Its not just Free Throw resetting for me my Stamina and Reaction have been resetting also. Pretty annoyed by this practice has been reduced to go in wait for teammates to ask me to do something say no then go do the vertical jump twice just to fill my "doin work" meter. Outside of that though practice is pointless right now.Comment
