So I unlocked this badge not sure how because I just got my last upgradable badge 10 minutes ago and I have had this since yesterday. Problem is that when I go to upgrade anything besides one time I get a blue screen and when I reload the badge isn't there until it comes back a game or two later.

I have same issue it pops up whenever I upgrade attributes -

It was also giving me a black screen while trying to start career games. I just turned off the controller and sent me to the pause screen of the game, once I turned Ye controller back and unpaused the game after that the badge popped up on the screen for the first time in my career game and it's been working since knock on wood.
