I need to get something straight before I resign Stephon Gilmore.

His asking price is:

4 years

Salary: $7.8

Signing Bonus: $2.48

Total: $41

So 30% of 41 is 12.3

So I should be giving him $12.3 as a signing bonus?

This makes sense and I can see it makes it challenging to sign guys. My problem is I play as an owner and through 11 weeks I only have $26.7 million being that I'm a small market team. Does this mean I'm forced to let him walk? Or should I be playing as a coach? If so can I switch to coach control instead of owner?
