I started using lower height (30, IIRC) near the end of my time with 16. It's a way to produce a more considered approach in the final third and reduce the "in behind/1v1 with the defence" feeling FIFA can have. I know everything comes with positives and negatives, but I think a lower height should at least be in the mix for testing.
