Hey Guys Good Ol' Tomba here with something of a treat. I was able to play both the PEZ demo and Fifa Demo. I have access to the EA Trial of Fifa 17 and started comparing gamelay. I'm someone who LOVES the look of FIFA but dislikes the look of PEZ. Maybe it's the licensing or better lighting who knows I just know the ease in which I play with top teams in the leagues of the world just feels better with Fifa.

So I started going back and forth with the idea of trying to make Fifa 17 play like PEZ 17. I had no luck until I figured out what it IS that makes PEZ play like PEZ.

PEZ's players are slow in general and ball movement is fast. In Fifa player movement is fast and ball movement is slow. To explain it PEZ feels like your playing the ball and Fifa feels like your playing the player.

So in seeing how both games tackled the handling of the beautiful game I decided to put PEZ's ideas INTO FIFA 17... somehow. And that somehow is thru Fifa's Gameplay settings and sliders.

What I did was go back and forth between both games until I felt that FIFA 17 was finally playing more like PEZ. Players slow and ball fast. Simple right? I finagled around adjusted some stuff found a camera angle that can mimic PEZ a bit and VWA LAH!

GoalKeeper Ability - 100/50 (helps with cpu shot speed)

Now from the looks of it it might seem odd and against every rule and discussion here on this slider forum, but try it out give it a shot.
If anything I absolutely LOVE Fifa 17 now because of it. But it has to be said. PEZ plays likes its players are slow and its ball movement is fast and by its feet while Fifa plays with its players being fast and its ball movement being slow and well wonky... This Slider Set ties up things nicely and makes FIFA play like PEZ

This makes the game far too easy imo. In terms of marking mainly as the CPU sit off and literally allow you all the time in the world. Also the added pace and first touch error really does give the CPU no chance.

Game speed Fast, difficulty Semi Pro, and a 10 point advantage for User in acceleration and speed?

How in the world will you ever loose a game on this settings?

Initially I had this as a base but after much further testing. The idealogy of trying to get fifas players to move slower and the ball faster STILL stands.
That is the main purpose of this slider set. to get players movement and ball movement as it is in PEZ.

ANYTHING else like difficulty ease of scoring is not the main concern at this point . I want the look and feel of PEZ in Fifa 17 and with this set it is PARTIALLY there...

At the moment I have a new set which I will update shortly that GREATLY enhances every other "difficulty" issue. Does it make it perfect? No...but the main goal of making it LOOK like PEZ gameplay is starting to be achieved...

You must be low skill , if you need cheat sliders on semi pro lol.

This slider set was intended on making a visual impact at first. making it LOOK like PEZ NOT mimic any type of REAL play. Even if PEZ is considered more sim for some.

The look and feel of PEZ is what this slider set is trying to accomplish. So think of it like this. Take out skill factor and just look at both games and how they run and look on tv and then see that this slider set is made to make Fifa 17 look like PEZ 17.

I'm not looking for accurate numbers challanging gameplay just yet. I'm trying to get the core movement of players and ball they same as PEZ through the use of sliders.

I DO have a set i am currently working on that addresses ""VS. CPU" gameplay. But currently wanted to get this ideology of making Fifa 17 play like PEZ since I and many other prefer Xbox One gaming and do not wish to explore PS4 PEZ.

Fifa 17 has ALOT going for it this year and PEZ is getting alot of gameplay praise and I felt like seeing if PEZ gameplay is possible on Fifa 17 thru sliders...and it is. Its just that it at first required values that put either the user or cpu at a advantage currently but again this was done to JUST get the actual FLOW of Fifa 17 like PEZ.

I appreciate what your doing here and I hope you achieve your goal. I love Pes but no licensing means FIFA. I'll be following your progress and I'm going to input your settings right away.

Ive done much more play testing and now have a new set that still follows the goal of having fifa 17 play like PEZ. I will post new settings tonight along with updating the blog made for it as well

The lack of licensing isn't really an issue with the ability to download and upload option files. I have both, and FIFA is better in presentation, but PES outshines FIFA in terms of gameplay. FIFA just has loads more leagues though, so it's hard to fight that. But most folks don't even touch anyone outside the top 5 leagues.

Great start Tomba. How long a game do you play? I just thrashed Stoke 10-0 as ManU (on semi-pro) in a 10 min half game, normal speed. Loved the feel of it, but way too easy. I'll replay the match on pro.
[EDIT] On pro I was 6-1 up at half time. I'll try pro and fast.

Oh my I just did a standard 6 minutes with these slider settings.im still play testing and am finalizing Madden 17 sliders as well. But fifas def a priority of mine and omce i figure out the human side of scoring ill release the newest set.

They are drastically different and work off professional difficulty now
